一、華僑大學簡介
華僑大學1960年創(chuàng)辦于著名僑鄉(xiāng)福建省泉州市，是周恩來總理親自批準設立、中國第一所以“華僑”命名的高等學府，直屬于國務院僑務辦公室，是國家重點建設的綜合性大學，也是國務院僑辦與福建省、泉州市、廈門市共建的綜合性大學。
華僑大學位于中國福建省，校區(qū)分別在聯(lián)合國最佳人居獎的海上花園城市——廈門市和東亞文化之都、中國首批歷史文化名城——泉州市。
華僑大學是中國教育部首批本科教學水平評估優(yōu)秀大學，現(xiàn)有28個教學學院，94個本科專業(yè)，其中10個專業(yè)通過工程教育認證。學?，F(xiàn)有27個一級學科碩士點、2個二級學科碩士點，20個專業(yè)學位碩士點，8個一級學科博士點、2個二級學科博士點，5個博士后流動站。學校擁有哲學、經(jīng)濟學、法學、教育學、文學、歷史學、理學、工學、農(nóng)學、醫(yī)學、管理學、藝術學等12個學科門類，形成文理滲透、理工結合、工管相濟、協(xié)調發(fā)展的學科體系。中國國家重點學科、省部級重點學科41個，福建省高峰高原學科17個，工程學、材料科學、化學3個學科進入ESI全球排名前1%。 學校位列2018軟科中國最好大學排名之綜合大學榜單的第28位，總榜單第86位。軟科正式發(fā)布2018“中國最好學科排名”排名榜單包括93個一級學科，共有中國大陸460所高校的4999個學科點上榜，學校本年度共有20個學科上榜（2017年度為19個學科上榜），上榜學科數(shù)排名為并列第83名。
華僑大學是最早面向海外招收華僑及留學生的中國內(nèi)地高校之一,現(xiàn)有在校各類學生近3萬人，有來自50多個國家和地區(qū)的華僑華人、港澳臺和外國學生近5000人，是境外學生最多的內(nèi)地高校之一。學校積極開展國際交流合作，已與五大洲50多個國家和地區(qū)的200多所高校簽署了校際合作協(xié)議。學校是中國政府獎學金來華留學招生院校，在全球設立了84個辦事或招生機構。

華僑大學華文學院是華僑大學承擔華文教育專業(yè)教學任務的教學單位，是中國教育部首批公布的有資格招收外國留學生的單位之一，是中國國務院僑務辦公室首批批準的華文教育基地之一，是國家漢辦支持周邊國家漢語教學重點學校之一，是國家在福建省最早設立的漢語水平考試（HSK）考點。
華文學院前身為集美華僑學生補習學校，1953年著名僑領陳嘉庚先生受中國政府委托創(chuàng)辦，1997年中國國務院僑務辦公室決定將集美僑校成建制并入華僑大學，與華僑大學對外漢語教學部合并，成立華文學院。66年來，華文學院始終秉承“為僑服務、傳播中華文化”的宗旨，弘揚陳嘉庚先生嚴謹治校的辦學精神，以弘揚中華文化為已任，為世界90多個國家和地區(qū)培養(yǎng)了8萬多名的境內(nèi)外學生。目前，學院有境外生近1500人，來自包括印尼、泰國、菲律賓、馬來西亞、越南、老撾、緬甸、蒙古、韓國、日本、美國、波蘭、荷蘭、西班牙、意大利、俄羅斯、烏克蘭、安哥拉、斯里蘭卡、毛里求斯、馬達加斯加及中國的香港、澳門、臺灣等50多個國家和地區(qū)。
學院現(xiàn)有 “華語與華文教育”“語言學及應用語言學”2個學術碩士點和“漢語國際教育”專業(yè)碩士點；漢語國際教育、華文教育和漢語言三個本科專業(yè)，學院不僅設有研究生、本?？茖W歷教育和初、中、高非學歷教育，還開辦短期漢語學習班、華文師資培訓班、海外學生夏（冬）令營、境外學生預科教育等，形成了以華文教育為主要方向的多層次多形式的辦學體系，為中華文化的傳播和海外華文教育的發(fā)展作出了積極的貢獻，在海外享有極高的聲譽。
二、海外華文教育專業(yè)學生獎學金簡介
（一）設立背景及申請對象
海外華文教育專業(yè)學生獎學金由中國國務院僑務辦公室于2005年設立，面向海外，資助有志于從事華文教育、年齡在35周歲以下的華僑華人攻讀華文教育本科專業(yè)。
（二）申請方法
申請人通過中國駐所在國使領館或使領館委托的單位申請。申請人須與當?shù)厝A僑華人社團或學校簽訂協(xié)議書，保證畢業(yè)后回所在國從事華文教育工作5年以上。
（三）獎學金內(nèi)容
獎學金包括四年學費、住宿費和一定數(shù)額的生活費。
三、專業(yè)介紹
（一）教學內(nèi)容及培養(yǎng)目標
華文教育專業(yè)以中國語言文化和漢語作為第二語言教學的理論方法為基本教學內(nèi)容，旨在培養(yǎng)能夠全面系統(tǒng)掌握漢語專業(yè)知識和技能，了解中國歷史文化，掌握華文教育教學規(guī)律和方法，能夠從事華文教育工作，具有一定研究能力的華文教學、管理人才。
（二）專業(yè)特色
華文教育專業(yè)面向海外培養(yǎng)華文教育師資和教育教學管理人員，要求學生掌握海外華文教育的基本原理和方法，系統(tǒng)掌握漢語和中華文化的基本知識，具備以漢語為教學語言、針對海外華僑華人開展華文教育的良好能力。
（三）學制、畢業(yè)及學位授予
學制四年，實行學分制。學生修完培養(yǎng)方案中規(guī)定的學分，獲得漢語水平考試HSK5級210分以上證書，德、體合格，準予畢業(yè)。符合學位條件規(guī)定者，授予教育學學士學位。
四、招生對象及入學條件
凡有志于從事華文教育工作、具有海外高中畢業(yè)以上（含高中畢業(yè)）學歷或同等程度學歷、年齡不超過35周歲，品行端正，無犯罪記錄，身心健康的海外華僑華人學生均可報讀。
海外華僑學生須在僑居國出生或漢語非母語，學生本人及其父母一方均須取得住在國長期或者永久居留權，且最近4年（截止報名時間結束止）之內(nèi)有在國外居住2年以上的記錄（一年中實際在國外居住滿9個月可按一年計算，出國留學和因公出國工作不能視為定居）。中國大陸、香港、澳門和臺灣居民在移民外國后，作為外國留學生，必須持有效的外國護照或國籍證明文件4年及4年以上，且最近4年（截止報名結束時間止）之內(nèi)有在國外實際居住2年以上的記錄。
五、入學方式
可直接申請，經(jīng)審核后，擇優(yōu)錄取。
六、報名方法
（一）海外華文教育專業(yè)學生獎學金申請人請與中國駐所在國大使館聯(lián)系或其委托的學?；驒C構聯(lián)系。
（二）自費生可由推薦單位、推薦人或本人申請報名，通過面交、郵寄、傳真或電子郵件等形式向華僑大學華文學院招生辦公室提交報名材料。
七、報名材料
（一）獎學金生申請者填寫《華僑大學華文教育專業(yè)學生獎學金申請表》，自費生填寫《華僑大學華文學院外國留學生入學申請表》。表格請登陸網(wǎng)站http://hwxy.hqu.edu.cn招生專題網(wǎng)下載后填寫打印出來，并簽字確認。
（二）兩張小二寸（尺寸為：35mmx50mm）的半身近期彩色免冠相片。
（三）護照復印件，報到時查驗原件。
海外華僑學生須提交學生本人及其具有華僑身份父母一方的中華人民共和國護照復印件，與其具在華僑身份父母一方的法律關系的證明文書，外國長期或永久居留證，及由我駐外使領館出具的本人及其父母一方取得外國長期或永久居留權的認證書（中文版，須注明已在住在國連續(xù)居留時間及兩年內(nèi)實際累計居留時間），以及由出入境管理部門出具的考生本人最近四年內(nèi)（截至報名時間結束止）的《出入境記錄查詢結果》。
中國大陸、香港、澳門和臺灣居民在移民外國后，作為外國留學生，必須持有效的外國護照或國籍證明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年（截至報名時間結束止）之內(nèi)有在國外實際居住2年以上的記錄（一年中實際在國外居住滿9個月可按一年計算，以入境和出境簽章為準）,以及由出入境管理部門出具的考生本人最近四年內(nèi)（截至報名時間結束止）的《出入境記錄查詢結果》。
（四）高中及以上學歷的畢業(yè)證書或學歷證明，各學年成績單，需經(jīng)我駐外使領館公證或認證，若為非中文或英文版本，需翻譯成中文或英文。報到時查驗原件。
（五）中國駐所在國使領館或當?shù)貎S團僑社或中學校長的推薦信原件。建議推薦機構對所推薦學生進行心理篩查，不予推薦心理不健康者。
（六）獎學金申請人填寫《中國國務院僑辦華文教育專業(yè)全日制本科獎學金學生畢業(yè)回國服務協(xié)議書》。
（七）外國人體檢檢查表
學生須在所在國醫(yī)療機構先行進行體檢，攜帶醫(yī)療機構出示的《外國人體格檢查表》、X光片、血液檢查記錄等體檢報告原件到校報到。
八、報名截止時間
獎學金生：2019年5月30日截止報名，自費生：2019年6月30日截止報名。
九、學習簽證的辦理
華人學生憑錄取通知書，外籍學生憑錄取通知書及 JW202表到中國駐所在國的大使館或領事館辦理來華學習簽證（X1）。進入中國30天內(nèi)，所有學生必須將學習簽證“X”轉換成居留許可，辦證費用自理。
十、保險
根據(jù)中國教育部的要求，凡計劃在華學習一個學期以上的外國留學生，建議學生在入學前購買保險，按學院提供《學生保險購買流程》購買海外學生綜合險，入學時查驗保險單。
十一、費用
（一）報名費：500元人民幣。
（二）教材費：600元人民幣/年。
（三）學費：15000元/學年，獲得中國國務院僑務辦公室海外華文教育專業(yè)學生獎學金的學生免學費。
（四）住宿：1300元/學年，獲得中國國務院僑務辦公室海外華文教育專業(yè)學生獎學金的學生免住宿費，由學校統(tǒng)一安排住宿，六人一間，配備空調、熱水器、獨立衛(wèi)生間等設備、設施。
（五）生活費：獲得中國國務院僑務辦公室海外華文教育專業(yè)學生獎學金的學生每年享受一定數(shù)額的生活費補貼，按月領取。

2019 Admission Prospectus of the Chinese Language and Culture Education
Undergraduate Specialty of Huaqiao University of the People’s Republic of China
I. Brief Introduction to Huaqiao University
Huaqiao University was established with the approval of the revered Chinese Premier Zhou Enlai in 1960. It was based in Quanzhou, Fujian Province, a well-known hometown to many overseas Chinese. It is the first higher education institution intended for and named after Huaqiao. As a comprehensive university included in the national priority project, HQU is directly supervised by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, and jointly constructed by the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, the Fujian Provincial People's Government, the Quanzhou Municipal Government and the Xiamen Municipal Government.
HQU has two campuses, respectively in Xiamen and Quanzhou. The former, dubbed “Glittering Pearl on the Sea” of China, is ranked as the Best City for Human Residence by the United Nations. The latter, dubbed “Hub of Eastern Asia”, is listed as a most famous historic and cultural city in China.
Rated as "Excellent" by the Ministry of Education in its first Undergraduate Teaching Performance Assessment, HQU currently consists of 28 colleges with 94 undergraduate programs, among which 10 have achieved the engineering education certification. There are 27 Master's programs of the first-level disciplines, 2 Master's programs of the second-level disciplines and 20 professional Master's programs, together with 8 Doctoral programs of the first-level disciplines, 2 Doctoral programs of the second-level disciplines and 5 Post-doctoral research centers in the university. The university offers 12 discipline categories including Philosophy, Economics, Law, Education, Literature, History, Science, Engineering, Agriculture, Medicine, Management and Arts, forming a coordinately developed discipline system that combines arts with science, integrates science with engineering and couples engineering with management. The university incorporates 41 state or provincial key disciplines and 17 provincial peak and plateau disciplines, among which Engineering, Material Science and Chemistry rank among the top one-percent in ESI (Essential Science Indicators). In 2018, the university ranked 28th in the comprehensive university list of Shanghai Ranking's Best Chinese Universities Ranking 2018 and 86th on its general list. Shanghai Ranking's Best Chinese Universities Ranking 2018 includes 4,999 disciplines from 460 universities in the Chinese mainland, among which 93 are first-level disciplines. Compared with 19 disciplines in 2017, 20 of HQU have been listed in 2018, ranking 83rd among the listed universities.
HQU is among the first Chinese higher education institutions to be authorized to admit overseas Chinese and foreign students. Currently, the university has approximately 30,000 students, including 5000 overseas Chinese and foreign students from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and 50 foreign countries. HQU actively develops international cooperation, becoming partners with 200 universities in 50 countries from the five continents. The university is also one of the officially acknowledged universities that are enrolling international students funded by the Chinese Government Scholarship and has 84 admission offices across the globe.
HQU is oriented to students from abroad, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, aiming to serve overseas Chinese and spread Chinese culture, committing itself to the school principle of Integration of Chinese Wisdom and Foreign Expertise, Unification of Moral Character and Professional Excellence. Over 200,000 students of all levels have graduated from the university since its establishment. Around 50,000 alumni live abroad, mainly distributed in Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and countries or regions along the Maritime Silk Road, and have become friendship envoy in promoting communication and cooperation between China and those countries.
HQU covers an area of 2,500,000 square meters, providing well-equipped facilities and advanced laboratories for teaching and research. The school boasts a library with a collection of 4.7 million books, well-furnished dormitories, acclaimed school canteens as well as resources for a variety of sports, such as basketball, football, badminton, swimming and rock climbing. It’s an ideal place for students to grow and engage in their scholarly pursuit.
Chinese Language and Culture College of Huaqiao University is a teaching unit undertaking the teaching task of the Chinese language and culture education specialty, one of the first institutions qualified by China Ministry of Education to admit overseas students, one of the first bases for the Chinese language and culture education, officially approved by the State council’s Office of Overseas Chinese Affairs, one of the key schools, supported by China Hanban (National Office of Chinese), undertake the special mission of teaching Chinese to adjacent countries, and the earliest HSK testing centre in Fujian province.
